Horrible experience! They ruined a $50 shirt and wanted me to pay for cleaning it. It had oil spots all over it. Looks like it was splattered with something. I was willing to pay for all the shirts they did clean and didn't ruin. He would not let me have any of my shirts back until I paid the full bill. Over $200 of shirts! At that point I called the police because he was getting very upset and would not work out any solution or compromise. He told me he tried to dry clean the shirt at first then said he didn't when the police were present. He had trouble understanding English so there was some confusion there. Regardless of any miscommunication there was no effort to right the situation or resolve it in a rational way. He was very angry and unprofessional throughout the whole process.
